today i went to visit mommy at school. i've been there to drop her off and pick her up, but that was always before or after the kids. daddy and i were really early to pick mommy up today, so we got to hang out on the playground during carpool. february 1st & 68 degrees! let's just say this may go down as the first time i say "i had the BEST time of my life!" there were kids! so many kids! and there was so much love and happiness! so many people were so happy to meet me, see me again, hang out with me, and pass me around! i laughed a LOT....and i'm really bummed that i have to wait until october to go to school. i'm looking into some "daddy & me" groups so i can get out more often and see more KIDS!
i met mommy's classroom rabbit, cocoa puff. to be honest, i'm not really sure how i feel about this. a rabbit? she has a rabbit at school? i'm pretty certain she's never mentioned this rabbit. and i can't help but think that's weird...right? i mean, why so secretive? i felt betrayed, to tell you the truth. i mean, do the piggies know that mommy has a double life at work?
anyway, before that shocking revelation, mommy took the photo of me and daddy on the playground. i am SO ready to go to preschool! i LOVED this little squirrel seat, and i made daddy push it back and forth for a while. i was trying to get some speed up, but it's clear that daddy doesn't know what great balance i have, 'cause he wouldn't let me go out on my own.
even though my legs aren't quite long enough to push the pedals, i like to sit on my trike and hold my balance. don't get me wrong--if my feet could touch the pedals, i'd be rollin'! daddy says i have legs like a linebacker, and he plans to find out how much of my body mass is in my thighs, "'cause it has to be fifty percent." not sure what that means, but i'll get back to you if i ever find out.
